The 30-Day Buy-Back Promise
Follow the playbook — complete the training, send the outreach emails, quote the jobs — and if you decide within 30 days that it's not for you, we'll buy your Standard Pack back for what you paid, less a 20% restocking fee. We can make that promise because the playbook works — and because almost nobody who follows it wants to give the machine back.
Playbook steps completed and logged. Goods must be returned in good-as-new order, in the original packaging, complete with the manual and everything that was in the box. The 20% restocking fee is calculated on your Standard Pack price including your chosen machine (DS2, DS3 or DS4) and reflects that a used machine can't be resold as new. Add-ons already delivered or used (training and setup work completed, opened consumables) are deducted at their listed prices; unopened add-on items are refunded in full. Full terms provided with your agreement.

Do I need any cleaning experience?
No. The machine does the hard work — twin counter-rotating brushes wash, scrub and dry in one pass. The playbook tells you which chemical, which setting and what to charge for every job type, and the optional Training & 90-Day Support add-on gives you a full onboarding plus help on tap.
Is this a franchise?
No — and that's the point. One payment, no royalties, no contracts, no territory rules, no approval needed to grow. Your name, your brand, your customers, your money. We sell you the box; the business it becomes is entirely yours.
Do I need a van?
No. The DS2 weighs 12.9 kg and fits in any car boot. It's cordless, so you're not hunting for sockets at the customer's property either.
Is the battery life really enough?
More than you'd think. You get up to 55 minutes of continuous cleaning per charge — and at up to 400 m² per hour on the DS2, that's several times the entire floor area of an average UK home. On real jobs the machine rests constantly while you move furniture, refill the tank and do the detail work, so a single charge typically handles multiple jobs — and a full recharge takes just 90 minutes, so it's ready again by your next appointment. Doing large commercial sites back-to-back? The Second Battery Pack swaps in seconds and doubles your day.
What if the machine breaks down?
It's a genuine Floorwash machine with the manufacturer's full warranty, and spares come direct from the factory. If a repair is ever needed, we keep loaner machines so you're not off the road while it's sorted.
Do I need insurance?
You'll want public liability insurance — typically a few pounds a month for a one-person cleaning business. The Business Admin Pack includes guidance on getting set up properly, including insurance, invoicing and simple accounts.
Is the 0% finance guaranteed?
Finance is subject to status through our finance partner — and if you'd rather pay in full, the price is exactly the same. No penalty either way.
